Conveniently situated next to the Yonkers Metro-North Train Station and contained within the 30-mile NYC Film Zone, our Wells Avenue Campus, is home to Lionsgate Studios.

With over 1,000,000 square feet of environmentally sustainable stages, office space, support areas, mill space, and city street backlots, the campus makes us the most comprehensive video and film production facility on the East Coast.

Every element of the campus is thoughtfully and sustainably integrated into the revitalized surroundings, ensuring that nature, culture, and community conveniences are within easy reach.  As part of an area undergoing a vibrant resurgence, the studio is surrounded by innovative restaurants, picturesque waterfront markets, and essential services like banks, pharmacies, and grocery stores.

The grace of exposed brick and the strength of steel converge, crowned by magnificent wood floors under a spacious 20-foot-high ceiling. The offices at Great Point Studios offer a diverse range of workspaces, ranging from 2,500 to 60,000 sq. ft., ready for immediate occupancy and adaptable to the unique needs of your business. This flexibility, paired with contiguous floor options, ensures a tailored fit for companies of all sizes. With soaring, two-story high ceilings and windows showcasing stunning Hudson River views, our offices provide a collaborative work environment at just a third of the cost of a New York City facility.
